The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working). The duration of the contract is 6 months. The pay rate on offer is £350 - £400 per day (via Umbrella agency - inside IR35).

Role Summary

An outcome driven business analyst, delivering end to end process stability across product set up and PO management, inbound compliance, and query/SRNI resolution. Provide structure, controls, and cross functional alignment.

Core Deliverables

RACI clarity, SLA definition, control gate design, backlog reduction, process mapping, capability uplift, and cross functional governance.

Key accountabilities of the role

Inbound compliance: Align Ops, Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising on roles, responsibilities and escalation paths Support Operations Executive PO and pricing validation controls: Identify whether discrepancies are system driven, training driven, or discipline driven. Recommend and implement improved validation controls to prevent SRNI issues. Data integrity controls: Diagnose root causes of recurring data issues (barcodes, manufacturer codes, pricing).
