At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.
We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our Seeka Operations Centre as an Operations Coordinator based in either our Oldham or Perth office. You’ll join the leading provider of Revenue Protection services in the UK energy retail and distribution sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.

What will you be doing?
Based in one of our teams in either Oldham or Perth, the Seeka Operations Centre Operations Coordinator will be supporting all aspects of our Energy Theft Investigation service & Utility Debt Support work streams, providing essential support that includes the booking and planning of appointments, scheduling work to our field based staff and completing system updates to reflect the actions taken on our field based activities.
Your day-to-day role will be varied and will include liaising with field engineers, managers, clients and customers to ensure all elements of the services provided by Seeka are done so to the highest of standards, with all required updates following our field activities provided back to our clients in the most timely manner possible.

- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of data entry
- Time management and planning skills
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Ability to multitask between different workstreams
Desirable
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Utilities (Electricity & Gas) knowledge
- A desire to learn
- Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
- Strong customer service background
