We`re looking for a skilled and collaborative Operations Contract Manager to lead the way in how we deliver essential estate services through well-managed, high-performing contracts that put our residents first. This is more than just managing contracts, it`s about working with teams, suppliers and communities to build a consistent, customer-focused services that makes a lasting difference. The role Reporting to the Director of Estate Services, you`ll be at the forefront of managing and improving a wide range of contracts which includes grounds maintenance as well as cleaning to specialist services like pest control and arboriculture. You`ll lead a team of Contract Officers and Administrators working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure services are efficient, responsive and meet the needs of our residents.
