Venn Group are working with a top London law firm to find an Interim Operations Co-Ordinator.

This role will run for an initial 2 months, with the opportunity for permanent work later down the line (for the right candidate). Its based in Central London and operates on a hybrid working structure with 2 days per week required on-site.

The successful candidate will handle, interpret and present large data sets to senior leadership (mainly the COO).

Appplicants must be highly skilled in Excel and be immediately available to start a new role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the COO in preparing board reports and management presentations
• Review and summarise operational data to the COO to allow for effective decision making
• Conduct weekly evaluations to monitor the business’s performance against budget targets
• Assess SLA/KPI success across the business

Requirements:

• Educated to minimum degree level (ideally in a STEM subject)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience handling, manipulating and presentig complex data sets
• Strong communication skills
• Immediate Available to start a new role
