Role Overview As we grow, we’re looking for a warm, organised, proactive, detail-oriented Operations & Customer Experience to help manage and grow BridgePro’s day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the founder to support customer service, online sales, operational tasks, marketing, logistics, distribution partnerships, and contribute to brand-building initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
