Directing safe, compliant and inclusive project environments, championing wellbeing and HSE excellence. Driving strategic client delivery, governance and long‑term relationship growth. Ensuring ethical, financially responsible operations aligned with organisational priorities. Developing, mentoring and empowering teams, promoting innovation, best practice and talent progression across the business. Managing major project delivery, ensuring strategic alignment, effective governance and exceptional safety, quality and sustainability standards. Building strong client relationships, managing interfaces, communications and cross‑account opportunities. Optimising resources and performance, driving innovation through C2P, digital and net‑zero initiatives. Shaping high‑performing teams, influence business strategy and ensure ethical, compliant and commercially sound operations.

You’ll Need To Have

Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent. Extensive project and programme delivery experience in the relevant sector. Strong commercial, financial and senior‑stakeholder management capability. Deep project management expertise, with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts.
