The Role

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to take full ownership of THRIVIN’s operational ecosystem.

This role will oversee and integrate:

• Customer Support
• Stock & Inventory
• Buying & Sourcing
• Garment Tech
• Product & Design Operations
• Supply Chain

You will be responsible for designing, building, and leading the systems that allow these functions to scale efficiently.

This is a senior, high-impact role.

We are looking for someone who has seen scale, built structure, and knows what “good” looks like.

What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-End Operational Ownership

• Own performance across all operational functions
• Ensure alignment from product creation through to customer delivery
• Drive consistency, accountability, and execution across teams

Systems & Infrastructure

• Design and implement scalable operational systems
• Replace manual, reactive processes with structured workflows
• Build the foundation for efficient growth across all departments

Supply Chain & Product Flow

• Oversee the full lifecycle from development to production to delivery
• Improve supplier performance, timelines, and reliability
• Drive inventory planning, forecasting, and stock efficiency

Customer Experience Operations

• Oversee customer support structure and performance
• Ensure operational decisions improve customer experience
• Solve root-cause issues, not just surface-level problems

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop department owners across each function
• Set clear KPIs, reporting structures, and accountability
• Build a high-performance operations culture

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with ecommerce, product, and leadership
• Ensure operations supports commercial and growth objectives

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in operations, supply chain, or product-led roles
• Strong background in DTC, ecommerce, or fashion/activewear
• Proven experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment
• Experience managing multiple functions and senior team members
• Deep understanding of supply chain, buying, and product operations
• Strong systems thinker — able to build structure from complexity
• Highly commercial with a focus on margin, efficiency, and performance
• Confident decision-maker with strong leadership presence
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
