Due to continued success and growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to play a key role in driving performance and shaping the future of the business.

The Role

As Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the business, ensuring high standards of service delivery across all contracts while supporting continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all operational functions, ensuring consistent delivery across contracts

* Provide strong leadership to management teams, fostering a high-performance culture

* Drive service excellence and client satisfaction across the portfolio

* Support business growth through operational efficiency and strong client relationships

* Oversee financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control

* Work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic direction

* Utilise technical M&E expertise to support decision-making and operational delivery

* Ensure compliance, governance, and best practice across all operations

✅ About You

* Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within M&E or FM

* Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems (heating, plumbing, plant rooms, controls)

* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and driving performance

* A hands-on leader with the ability to engage teams at all levels

* Strong relationship builder with both clients and internal stakeholders

* Able to balance operational delivery with strategic thinking
