As the organisation expands its footprint across the UK, they’re now looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to join their senior team – someone who can lead multidisciplinary teams, support client delivery, and help shape the future of primary care services.

Your Role:

As Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operational success of PCN projects. You’ll lead diverse teams of clinicians, project staff and non-clinical professionals across multiple sites, working closely with NHS partners and local PCN leaders to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop large multidisciplinary teams across PCN contracts Oversee service delivery, site operations, staffing, and performance monitoring Build strong working relationships with GPs, PCN managers, and healthcare partners Embed a high-performance, patient-centred culture Ensure robust compliance with NHS, CQC and governance frameworks Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing professional development Collaborate on strategic planning and service innovation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Primary care or PCN operations experience is essential Proven track record in managing teams across clinical or healthcare settings Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of PCN frameworks, ARRS roles, and NHS structures Confident, solution-focused decision-maker with excellent organisational skills Passionate about healthcare transformation and community outcomes
