Location: Bradford

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday

As the organisation expands its footprint across the UK, they’re now looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to join their senior team – someone who can lead multidisciplinary teams, support client delivery, and help shape the future of primary care services.


Your Role:


As Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operational success of national PCN projects. You’ll lead diverse teams of clinicians, project staff and non-clinical professionals across multiple sites, working closely with NHS partners and local PCN leaders to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with national standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and develop large multidisciplinary teams across PCN contracts
  • Oversee service delivery, site operations, staffing, and performance monitoring
  • Build strong working relationships with GPs, PCN managers, and healthcare partners
  • Embed a high-performance, patient-centred culture
  • Ensure robust compliance with NHS, CQC and governance frameworks
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and service innovation initiatives


What We’re Looking For:


  • Primary care or PCN operations experience is essential
  • Proven track record in managing teams across clinical or healthcare settings
  • Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of PCN frameworks, ARRS roles, and NHS structures
  • Confident, solution-focused decision-maker with excellent organisational skills
  • Passionate about healthcare transformation and community outcomes
