Operations Manager - Banking Operations, Business & Commercial Banking

Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week in the office

We are seeking an inspirational leader to motivate, coach, and develop a team of approximately 40 colleagues responsible for onboarding and implementing commercial banking products. The role involves leading change initiatives, collaborating across teams, and enhancing client experience through data-driven decisions and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading the onboarding team for commercial banking products
2. Managing change programs related to regulation, digital, and continuous improvement
3. Using data to prioritize and improve client journeys
4. Collaborating with various teams and platform partners to digitize and automate processes

Ideal candidates will have experience in operational leadership, stakeholder management, and familiarity with banking products and regulations. Experience with project management, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
