This role would suit an Operations Manager that is looking for a varied role within a luxury, bespoke joinery that offers an exciting opportunity to lead a highly skilled team.

The Role:

Lead production planning and capacity management to ensure efficient workflow Chair regular production scheduling meetings and coordinate project timelines Coordinate workflow between office and workshop to maintain smooth delivery Monitor quoted vs actual hours and identify margin risks Support senior makers managing individual projects Oversee procurement planning and stock control alongside the office team Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standardsThe Person:
