The company is seeking to appoint a proven and commercially strategic Operations Manager to drive its next phase of growth. This senior role offers the opportunity for someone to shape the company’s site projects key customer relationships and major public and private sector opportunities in the evolving earthworks landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic leadership team to deliver long-term sustainable growth. This is a senior appointment, reporting directly to the board, with an attractive remuneration package including performance-based incentives aligned to contract success and strategic growth. The position will be based out of the company's South Wales based HQ, with regular travel each week to client sites across Gloucestershire, Glamorgan, Worcestershire, Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire and other nearby areas.
