You will play a key role in managing the delivery of all property management services within the business area and continuously improve management services that will meet budget targets and client expectations. Ensuring customer service is of a high standard is a key part of this role. Line management is a key part of the role and you will be expected to undertake appraisals and lead on the development of other members of staff. The successful candidate will have: Knowledge of the property sector is desirable Experience of leading and managing teams, Sound financial skills, Analytical / problem solving skills, Stakeholder engagement skills.
