Operations Manager Software & Automation

Location: Home-based with travel between offices and client sites

Salary: Circa 100K - 110K + Bonus + Benefits

Operations Manager required by a fast-growing specialist Automation Consultancy!

This is a varied, key role where you ll lead development teams and oversee project delivery, with the opportunity to step up to Director level within months and contribute to the business both strategically and operationally

Essential:

• A HNC/HND or degree in relevant technical discipline
• Strong understanding of PLC-based control system hardware and software
• Understanding of software development languages (e.g. C++, JavaScript or .net)
• Experience working to ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards
• Extensive project management experience
• Proven experience recruiting and developing engineering teams
• Full UK (or equivalent) driving licence
