Job Description

The Trust is dedicated to providing inclusive, pupil-centred education for people with SEND and medical needs.\nDue to succession planning, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its estates and facilities management services across multiple sites.\nThe Operations Manager is integral to ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, and well-maintained, while delivering operational excellence and exceptional customer service.\nThe Operations Manager will lead the caretaking and cleaning team of 11 staff, ensuring best value, sustainability, and compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
