A well-established, fast-growing manufacturer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead high-speed, high-volume production across a diverse product portfolio. Operating in a dynamic, multi-customer environment, this role is ideal for a creative, forward-thinking leader who can drive both people and process, balancing operational discipline with continuous improvement and innovation.

Description
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple product lines and customer requirements.
Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
Develop, coach, and inspire operational teams to deliver consistent performance and engagement.
Manage complexity arising from frequent changeovers, varied product specifications, and customer demands.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Use operational data and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, and senior leadership to optimise operational outcomes
Profile
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience leading operations within high-speed, high-volume manufacturing.
Strong people leadership capability with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Experience managing multi-product, multi-customer manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
Confident, visible leader able to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels.
