Job Description
Operations Manager – Electronic Security (CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry, Gates or Barriers etc.)
Dartford area (split your time between Office + Sites)
Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Company Car / Allowance (flexible on salary for the right person)

The Role:
You’ll sit right at the centre of the business, acting as the link between clients, engineers and delivery.
This is a hands-on operational role where you’ll be:
Keeping projects moving
Managing engineers and subcontractors
Dealing with clients directly
Solving problems in real time
You won’t be removed from the detail - you’ll be right in it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the main point of contact for clients
Translating technical requirements into delivery
Managing engineers, subcontractors and schedules
Keeping work flowing efficiently and profitably
Resolving issues quickly and practically
Splitting your time between office and site
Driving standards and improving operations
Who This Is For:
You’ve come from the tools in electronic security
You’re now in a management / supervisor / operations role
You’re confident technically and commercially
You’re comfortable dealing with both engineers and clients
You take ownership and run things properly
You live within a commutable distance to Dartford area.
What This Role Is NOT:
❌ Not a desk-bound manager
❌ Not corporate or process-heavy
❌ Not removed from delivery
This is someone who still thinks like an engineer but operates like a business leader.
The Bigger Picture:
This is effectively a “run the business day-to-day” role.
Managing ~8 engineers
Coordinating 6–12 subcontractors
Working alongside a small central team
Playing a key role in the next phase of growth
