Role Description

This is a full time role at Park Lord located in Great Portland Street, Marylebone, London with flexibility for some remote work.

The role offers potential within a rapidly growing business and further potential to grow to a more senior role within the business.

Report directly to Founder.

You need to be dynamic as no day will be the same. On the move, at a property, at an event or in the office. Tasks thrown left and right. The most important traits we are looking for is a someone who is pro active and can use their own initiative. Someone who can make decisions with confidence. Decisions that can be backed up with reasoning.

Qualifications

Experience in the residential real estate industry is required.

3 years+ experience is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Helpful to be ARLA qualified.

Helpful to have experience with RPS/Reapit operating software.

Helpful to have full UK drivers license.

Helpful to have bought and sold property personally.

Helpful to have an interest in marketing & presentation.

Full Time Salary

In the region of £40,000-£50,000 per annum.
