Job Summary

Royal Ride Transport is seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be able to work within the state of New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a proven track record in strategic planning, and the ability to lead teams effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence company success through innovative process improvements, business development initiatives, and effective project management in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

The starting salary for this position is: $60,320 to $70,320 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency and profitability. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise team members, including transportation employees, ensuring high performance and engagement. Operational Oversight (Transportation Focus): Exemplify a strong, invested, and proactive approach to the ever-changing operations of day-to-day transport. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Adaptability & Flexibility: Utilize strong flexibility skills to meet the needs of fleet swaps, drop-offs, and maintenance schedules. Prioritization: Identify and prioritize projects and the immediate needs of the company. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows. Collaboration: Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies that increase revenue streams and marketing. Performance Monitoring: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed. Culture & Agility: Foster a positive organizational culture and demonstrate the ability to pivot daily based on immediate company needs. General Support: Perform other duties as needed to support the overall operational success of the company.

Required Qualifications

Location Requirement: Must be able to work within the state of New Hampshire. Management Experience: Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading organizational change. Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of budget-watching initiatives and a proactive approach toward revenue growth and budget management. Leadership & Team Building: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork. Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with management, employees, and clientele. Decision Making: Ability to analyze complex scenarios and make informed decisions that benefit the organization. Technical Proficiency: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Must be able to become proficient in the company’s main operational platform, Connecteam.
