Due continued growth within the UK division All-Tag are now seeking to add an Operations Manager to its team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role initially based in Stockport but moving to Rochdale from July 26, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operational activities of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective processes and compliance. Responsibilities include managing supply chain logistics, planning and coordinating inventory and production processes, maintaining high operational standards and site management. The role also entails leading teams, fostering collaboration across departments, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to support company growth and success.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectively

Proficiency in supply chain management, inventory control, and resource planning

Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency implementation

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities

Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments

Technical proficiency with operations-related software and tools including Microsoft 365 and experience of Power BI capability would be desireable

Experience of ISO accreditation processes and Health & Safety Management are desireable.
