We're recruiting for a Operations Manager to join our clients growing, fast-paced organisation and play a pivotal role at the heart of their business operations.
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a small, multi-functional team. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the company's data management and MI reporting
- System admin for the company's CMS and IT platforms
- Managing company accreditations and compliance
- Overseeing IT hardware, software, and external providers
- Fleet and facilities management across multiple sites
- Leading credit control and customer service functions
- Acting as the operational glue between teams, systems, and leadership
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings:
- Proven team leadership and people management experience
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with data, MI, and reporting
- Sound understanding of data protection compliance (DPA/GDPR)
- A pragmatic, solution-focused mindset with a high level of autonomy
- Great communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
