Operations Manager Contracting / PAVE North West & Yorkshire We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a proven background managing teams within the road surfacing sector to lead our PAVE Contracting operations across the North West and Yorkshire region. This senior leadership role is accountable for delivering the local Operational Strategy, maximising financial performance, ensuring exemplary health & safety standards and developing high-performing operational teams within a complex, commercially driven environment. The Role You will lead area operations teams to deliver safe, efficient and profitable surfacing contracts, ensuring alignment to business strategy, budgets and performance targets.You will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and strong client relationships while developing talent and future leadership capability. Experience within the road surfacing/asphalt contracting sector is essential.
