We’re working with a well-established organisation seeking a Retrofit Operations Manager to drive compliance, quality, and innovation across their schemes.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\n * Competitive salary up to £75k\n\n * Excellent staff benefits package\n\n * Opportunity to lead high-profile retrofit projects aligned to PAS 2030/2035\n\n * Work alongside a forward-thinking team dedicated to sustainability and energy efficiency\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs Retrofit Operations Manager, you’ll:\n\n * Oversee the delivery of retrofit schemes to full PAS 2030/2035 compliance\n\n * Act as the go-to expert for retrofit and decarbonisation\n\n * Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across site management and coordination\n\n * Ensure audit readiness and quality assurance working with designers, assessors, and consultants\n\n * Engage directly with clients, representing the business at senior level\n\n * Drive performance through inspections, compliance checks, and HSEQ standards\n\n * Manage subcontractor competence and ensure PAS/MCS compliance\n\nAbout You:\n\nWe’re looking for someone who brings:\n\n * 5+ years’ experience in retrofit or decarbonisation projects\n\n * Strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 standards\n\n * Ideally Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination, Sustainability, or related field\n\n * Retrofit Assessor/Coordinator training highly desirable\n\n * Confident in managing teams, projects, and multiple stakeholders\n\n * Skilled in P&L management, HSEQ compliance, and strategic planning\n\n * A proactive, solutions-driven approach with excellent communication skills\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nInterested?
