Operations Manager – Tech & Digital Product (Remote – UK)

Location: 100% Remote (occasional travel to London 2-4 times a year) Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead operations across development and product teams in a growing digital software business.

This is not a project management or admin role, this is about ownership, operational discipline, and predictable execution. You will establish and run the company’s core operational structures so that priorities are clear, decisions are tracked, and projects are delivered on time. By owning the operational system, you free the CEO and CTO to focus on strategy, growth, and technical leadership, while ensuring development and product teams work efficiently and cohesively.

This role exists because the business is scaling, not because anything is broken. You’ll step into a position where your influence can directly shape how technical teams operate.
