We are seeking a manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of our seed facility. The role involves management of staff, hands‑on support with daily operations, and ensuring that customer expectations, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee all stages of the production process throughout the facility.


Ensure all quality assurance and compliance checks are completed accurately and documented.


Maintain rigorous levels of traceability and biological security throughout all workflows.


Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and equipment care.


Fulfil customer orders within required timescales and to agreed quality specifications.


Promote and deliver best‑practice Health & Safety management in line with company policy.


Ensure effective upkeep, servicing, and repair of all machinery and site infrastructure, working with external suppliers where appropriate.


Collaborate closely with colleagues and support teams within the wider business, including those based in Cambridgeshire.


Deliver products that meet or exceed required specifications for quality and size.


Ensure timely completion of orders and alignment of sales volumes with site capacity.



Candidate Requirements



Proven experience in people management.


Understanding of basic Health & Safety principles. xbpsjku
