Operations Manager Barham Sand & Gravel Permanent | Full-Time | MonFri (flexibility required) Were looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our busy plant at Barham, Ipswich . Youll oversee a complex operation where safety, people leadership and efficiency are key. What youll do Lead, coach and develop a motivated operational team Ensure safe, compliant and efficient running of plant and railhead operations Manage budgets, stock control and operational KPIs Oversee planned maintenance and statutory inspections Maintain SOPs, risk assessments and safety systems Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks and support continuous improvement What were looking for Experience managing Asphalt, Aggregates or Ready Mix operations Strong knowledge of H&S, environmental compliance and production processes Confident with SAP and Microsoft Office Ability to manage change, multitask and lead from the front IOSH Managing Safely (essential) Why Tarmac We don't just offer a job, we offer a career.
