Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join one of the world’s top alcohol global brands.


The Change Partners are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on operations professional with proven experience owning core people, finance and operational processes that keep a growing business running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end payroll and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage invoicing, payment tracking and month-end routines in coordination with external accountants.
  • Own day-to-day people operations including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration and record keeping.
  • Support hiring logistics, offer coordination and onboarding plans.
  • Provide light delivery and project support including timesheets, resource tracking and basic reporting.
  • Maintain operational rhythm through calendars, trackers and internal coordination.
  • Document and improve core operational processes to support scale and reduce risk.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for operational and administrative client queries when required.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, people ops or business operations.
  • Experience running payroll, invoicing and administrative workflows with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills with a process-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-growing organisation.


Please note, this is a part-time role, 3 days/week.
