Your mission:

  • Lead, mentor, galvanise multiple Registered Managers—give them razor-sharp direction, accountability, and the fuel they need to electrify performance.
  • Own full compliance: CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, statutory requirements. You’re not just checking boxes—you’re raising the bar.
  • Crush recruitment and retention challenges with talent strategies that build resilient, motivated, high-calibre teams.
  • Own escalated concerns—complaints and safeguarding issues—handling them with both urgency and empathy, closing the loop every time.
  • Command operational performance with relentless tracking—audits, KPIs, and service reviews are your playbook for continuous improvement.


What you bring:

You’ve already played at this level. Multi-site senior leadership in the care sector is your home turf. You speak CQC fluently. You’re hands-on—but you lead strategically. You think big picture and care about the details. When people say “that’s not possible,” you say, “watch me.”
