About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the core functions that keep the business running smoothly. From managing workflows to managing the team, your leadership will be key to ensuring quality and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 8-10 people
* Drive monthly revenue targets
* Monitor email in boxes
* Respond to queries and complaints
* Attend client monthly reviews
* Monitor the company CRM job positions
* Attend work in progress meetings with your teams
