In the role below, you'll be expected to take the reins and manage both client relationships and employee progression on various Social Housing retrofit//decarbonisation/refurbishment projects, across Lincolnshire.

What's the role?

You'll be the primary contact for a key client to begin with and as you become more accustomed, more clients will be introduced across the Lincolnshire region. Managing expectations and standards across all sites whilst ensuring all health & safety measures are met to client requirements.

There will be some sites requiring further travel or stayovers which will be expensed as you manage your own diary to get to and from site in working hours.
