We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a thriving and growing leisure business based in North Norfolk. This is an exciting senior operational role reporting directly to the owner, offering genuine autonomy and the chance to help shape the future of a successful business.
The role:
As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring high standards, smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing all daily operational activity
• Leading, motivating and developing management and frontline teams
• Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
• Managing budgets, costs and operational performance
• Driving efficiency, continuous improvement and best practice
• Working closely with the owner on business performance and future growth plans
About you:
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
• Proven operational management experience within leisure, hospitality or hotel environments
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and KPIs
• A hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence to work autonomously and make informed decisions
• A genuine passion for customer experience and operational excellence
