Are you an experienced DHU colleague ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are pleased to offer an exciting internal opportunity for an Operations Manager within our UTC service.
This role presents the chance to further develop your operational leadership skills while continuing to support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care across our services. As part of the operational management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence, supporting colleagues, and maintaining our strong commitment to patient-focused care.

What DHU Can Offer You
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time) Working pattern between Monday-Friday with occasional weekend/on-call requirement. Tactical on-call duties in line with the clinical and operational on-call rota.
Salary: DHU Band 7.0 (£47,440)
Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holiday...
