Key Responsibilities Act as the intermediary between the Operations Department and the road crews. Responsible for the management of their team and all job documentation. Spearhead day- to- day operational planning. Oversee training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives. Monitor branch performance and provide monthly reports.
