Operations Manager/Site Manager - Aylesbury - Automotive/Body shop Industry

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently  recruiting for an experienced Ops/Site Manager for our client based in Aylesbury the ideal candidate will run the Aylesbury site and leading daily operations.

Salary: £45,5000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Bonuses

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-1pm

Key Duties:

Carrying out daily meetings with staffing to ensure all works have been distributed to the workshops Overseeing all repair processes, ensuring timely completion, high quality and adherence to schedules Monitoring budgets, controlling material costs, driving sales, and ensuring profitability. Managing, training and motivating all staff, carrying out quarterly meetings Maintaining high standards, ensuring health & safety, and meeting industry regulations. Requirements:

Strong background in Repairs and Body shop Management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with performance metrics, budgeting, and financial management If you would be interested, please apply with your CV
