Job Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Producer for the eBay Marketing Operations Planning team. This team is a vital part of eBays Global Marketing organisation and is responsible for executing eBay's global marketing campaigns and initiatives. They operate in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment, focused on tactical cross-team collaboration managing marketing campaign demands against operational resources. This role reports directly to the Marketing Operations Planning Manager and oversees the day-to-day facilitation of campaign planning and execution, including review of campaign requests, effort assessment, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Planning: Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational dependencies in requests; assess requests against operational capacity; collaborate with planning, operations, and marketing stakeholders to achieve effective and efficient management of resources.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee campaign execution workflow, and facilitate coordination between marketing, creative and execution teams to achieve timely and successful campaign launch.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts on more complex marketing projects to achieve business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify, implement, and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Support: Maintain up-to-date process and best practice documentation to facilitate onboarding and ensure marketing stakeholder success.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within CRM and owned channels (emails, onsite, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc)
- University degree in a relevant area is a plus.
- Past experience or a working understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, and online retail marketing is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify options, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent project management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for results.
- Proficiency in marketing technology tools: Experience with digital workflow management and analytics platforms.
