Operations & Procurement Lead Interior Design

Were working with a well-established, high-end interior design studio creating thoughtful, bespoke interiors for private clients and boutique commercial projects across the UK and beyond. Based in a beautiful countryside studio, theyre known for delivering timeless design and exceptional client experience.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where youll take ownership of projects from concept through to installation, combining project management, procurement and client liaison.

What youll be doing
Managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to installation
Working closely with the Lead Designer to turn concepts into deliverable plans
Preparing detailed estimates and budgets using Excel/QuickBooks
Sourcing, ordering and coordinating materials, furnishings and suppliers
Taking measurements on site and supporting design planning
Scheduling fitters, coordinating installations and overseeing works on site
Acting as the key link between designers, suppliers, outworkers and clients
Managing sampling, pattern books and general studio coordination

What were looking for
Youll be someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in detail, and keeps a cool head when things dont go to plan.

Strong project management experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident working with budgets, measurements and pricing
Comfortable using Excel and systems such as QuickBooks
Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
Ability to manage multiple suppliers, timelines and priorities

The opportunity
Youll be joining a close-knit, growing studio where youll play a key role in delivering beautifully executed projects and supporting the wider design team. This is a varied and rewarding role with real ownership and visibility across each project.

Salary : £32,000 - £37,000 pa based on experience

Location : Studio-based (Hampshire/Surrey border) with site visits

Benefits : 25 days holiday + bank holidays, mileage reimbursement, bonus scheme, free parking
