Community Delivery Program
Contract Length: 9 Months
Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: Up to £350 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Role Overview
We are supporting a high-profile programme focused on community impact and operational excellence, seeking an Operations Program Manager to support the expansion of a nationwide delivery initiative. The programme partners with charities and non-profit organisations to deliver meals and essential supplies to communities in need.
This role will play a key part in scaling partnerships, driving operational improvements, and using data to optimise programme performance across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Scaling
Identify and onboard new charity and non-profit partners aligned with programme objectives Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners through proactive outreach Assess partners for operational readiness and strategic fit Support programme growth through structured partner acquisition
Onboarding & Enablement
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners Develop and deliver training materials and operational guidance Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration
Operational Excellence
Partner with operations teams to provide hands-on support to charity partners Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner experience and outcomes
Metrics, Reporting & Insights
Define, track, and report on programme performance metrics Analyse data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement Use insights to inform decision-making and operational enhancements
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project or programme management, working cross-functionally Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with teams at multiple levels Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) Working knowledge of SQL Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience defining programme requirements and delivering end-to-end initiatives Ability to implement repeatable processes, automation, or standardisation Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
