Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Project Manager to play a critical role in supporting our growth plans via our practice area operations and business development teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective operational support. This role will require excellent project management and communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management across Practice Areas:
• Define goals and timelines across practice areas
• Coordinating teams and managing resources efficiently to meet objectives
• Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
• Monitoring progress through project milestones and resolving any roadblocks that arise
• Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure regular practice area meetings, issue agendas, take detailed notes on discussions, action items, and decisions made
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain a tracking system for action items and report on status as needed.
• Support and facilitate knowledge sharing within the wider Forensic Accountancy teams
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and update practice area marketing materials and collateral
• Assist in the preparation of client communications and outreach efforts
• Support the Marketing / Events team in planning and executing practice area events, including logistics coordination and attendee management
• Work with Business Development team on planning activity projects and client proposals
• Support the Chief Strategy & Development Officer in the organisation of Business Development Team and execution of their strategy and goals
• Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team on key client targeting / client opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and presented clearly
• Maintain and update client lists for practice areas, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Previous experience in a project management or operations support position is desirable
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and project management tools
• Experience with Power BI is considered a plus
• Strong communication skills, particularly active listening and stakeholder management
• Attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts
• The ability to collaborate effectively and drive teams towards a common goal
• Problem-solving abilities to be able to handle unexpected road-blocks of projects
• Budgeting awareness to ensure the project is delivered within the budget allocated to it
• Technical proficiency of project management tools like Jira, Trello or Microsoft Project
• Attention to detail to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with objectives
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
