Job Title: Quality Lead Location: Leighton Buzzard Salary: £45,000 Contract Type: Permanent You will handle Customer Complaints by maintaining strong relations with customers to ensure all product specifications are clearly understood. Form part of team of 5 and lead 2 Quality Coordinators. Collaborate with suppliers by understanding supplier needs, specification & expectations with a view towards mutual commitment to overcome challenges that occur.
