We’re working with a growing business within the renewable energy and construction sector to recruit an Operations & Sales Support Coordinator.
This is a key position within the business, supporting senior leadership while helping to keep day-to-day operations, communications and sales processes running efficiently.
The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining operational support, administration and sales support. You’ll act as a central point of contact for the business, managing a high volume of communication and ensuring everything is organised, prioritised and followed through.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of tasks, work independently and bring structure to a busy environment.
Key responsibilities

Acting as a key point of contact for incoming enquiries (email, phone and general communications)

Managing and organising inboxes, prioritising and responding where appropriate
*
Supporting senior team members with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
*
Supporting the sales function with admin, tracking leads and maintaining CRM systems
*
Ensuring CRM data is accurate, up to date and well managed
*
Assisting with quotations, proposals and sales documentation
*
Coordinating meetings, schedules and internal communication
*
Supporting wider business operations where required
What we’re looking for

Previous experience in an administrative, operations or sales support role
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*
Comfortable managing a high volume of emails and tasks
*
Experience using CRM systems (or quick to learn)
*
Able to work independently and use initiative
*
Proactive, reliable and “on it” – someone who takes ownership
*
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
