Operations Supervisor based in
Eastleigh
youll be responsible for: Support and develop all team members with progression planning
Support the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control
Support the team with their day to day roles when needed
Communicate effectively across the business
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday
Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm. (some flexibility needed with hours at times) Some starts will be 5.30 am due to our Feeder delivery And heres what wed like you to have: Sales and/or operational background
Experience in leading and developing teams
Can work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
