Salary: £34,068.06Location: Hams HallHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 We are looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Hams Hall, Coleshill site. In this role you will support the day to day running of the warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality and safety regulations are met while leading and developing your team. Your Tasks
Supervise daily warehouse operations and team performance
Support planning and coordination of workloads to meet operational targets.
Monitor KPI's and ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved.
Provide leadership, coaching and support to team members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency
Handle staff queries, attendance and performance management where required.   Your Profile
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of warehouse systems, SAP knowledge is highly desirable.  We Offer
