Location: Office-based, West London (W3)
Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 per annum
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday (No weekend work)
Position Overview: This vital support role involves bridging the gap between our customers and our field operations. You will assist the control desk by managing high-frequency communications and ensuring all data entry is handled swiftly.
Core Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time updates to drivers on the road.
Assist the lead controllers with administrative tasks to streamline the dispatch process.
Ensure all client records and journey details are logged accurately.
Candidate Profile:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner.
Highly reliable and capable of working within a collaborative team environment.
