Our anonymous client is seeking an Operations Support Manager to join their Front of House team in a hands-on role.You’ll be at the heart of daily office operations, supporting a small team, coordinating shifts, and ensuring colleagues, clients, and visitors have a consistently positive experience. You’ll also work with Facilities, IT, Office Services, and Health & Safety teams to keep everything running behind the scenes.What You’ll Do
Lead and support the Front of House team, acting as a friendly point of escalation Coordinate shifts and daily operations Support meetings, events, and client hospitality Liaise with suppliers and facilities teams to resolve issues Maintain office standards, from meeting rooms to security and pantry areas Assist with administration, budgets, and compliance tasks Contribute to service improvements and projects
About You
Experience in front-of-house, office management, facilities, or hospitality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Customer-focused mindset, able to build rapport with colleagues and visitors Confident using IT systems, with a willingness to learn basic troubleshooting Understanding of health and safety practices (or willing to learn)
Shift PatternYou will need to be flexible between 07.30 am - 7.00 pm and will work e.g. 07.30 – 4.30 pm one week and the next 10.00 am 7.00 pm.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the front-of-house experience, make a visible impact, and work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
