The Optical Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing operations for the Optical department and other areas of the warehouse. The duties will include: Scheduling, developing, counseling, training and directing department personnel. Making recommendations for hiring, promotion and termination to Warehouse Manager. Reviewing department budget, financial statements and insurance payment records. Developing and implementing plans for merchandising, productivity and profitability. Observing employee performance and paperwork to ensure that department procedures and standards are followed.
