Job Description

A global market infrastructure firm is looking to hire an experienced OTC FX Options Trader into its electronic trading solutions team focused on Rates and FX derivatives.

The business provides bespoke electronic solutions that help trading desks manage risk.

This is a front-office, client-facing role within an established London-based team, working directly with institutional trading desks across EMEA.


Role Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow relationships with FX Options trading desks across EMEA
  • Support clients before, during, and after scheduled electronic matching runs, with responsibility for driving participation
  • Actively assist clients with hedging and risk management workflows across swaps, options, and related derivatives
  • Gather detailed client feedback and work closely with internal sales, product, and operations teams to enhance the service
  • Identify cross-business revenue opportunities through collaboration with wider internal teams


Candidate Profile


Essential


  • Deep experience and understanding of OTC FX Options trading
  • Solid understanding of derivatives markets, including term and fixing dynamics
  • Confident communicator able to operate at trading desk level
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, time-critical environments
  • Numerate, analytical, and commercially minded
