Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect

Our client is looking for a Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect to join their team on a six month initial contract, working three days a week onsite in Crawley. This role is Inside IR35. Experience Level
15+ years overall IT experience 8-10+ years in Oracle HCM (Fusion) 3+ Oracle Fusion HCM end-to-end implementations in a technical leadership/architect role Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments (aviation, transport, or similar highly distributed workforce preferred)
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in:
Oracle Fusion HCM architecture Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Core HR modules Fast Formula development (Payroll & Absence critical)
Deep experience with:
Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OIC) HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI HDL/HSDL data migration
Strong understanding of:
Payroll processing life cycle Absence accruals and leave policies
