\n Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, youll be hands-on with analysis, troubleshooting, testing, implementation of new system functionalities and continuous improvements. Youll also coach colleagues, simplify processes, and provide first-line support to keep our HR systems running smoothly.
\n This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ 1 day per month.
\n What youll do:\n \n Providing day-to-day functional first line support to the business
\n Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
\n Collaborate with relevant teams to implement new system functionalities
\n Acting as a subject matter expert on HR and Payroll Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.
\n Support testing and updates across all Oracle HCM modules, including patch releases and new functionalities, ensuring processes continue to function effectively.
