Oracle Payroll Functional Consultants X2 - Fast Formulas - Oracle EBS
InterQuest is seeking two Oracle Payroll Functional Consultants with expertise in Fast Formulas and Oracle EBS to support a higher education client in automating manual payroll processes.
The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing current payroll issues and implementing fixes to ensure a fully automated and efficient payroll system.
Essential Experience
- Strong payroll functional experience with pay-affecting areas such as absences, proration, retropay, Fast Formulas, work patterns, balances, and payslips.
- Recent experience working with Oracle EBS.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules, preferably HR, PAY, SSHR, AM, and OLM, with at least one full project lifecycle in Oracle HCM (On-Prem).
- Excellent skills in Oracle BI Publisher and creating Fast Formulas.
This role offers hybrid working with one day per week on-site in London.
